TecKnock provides high-performance datacenter and ISP proxy services for lawful use cases including web testing, automation, research, SEO, and ad verification.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party platforms or websites.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements to use our Services. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account
- All activity performed under your account
- Ensuring lawful use of the Services
- Not sharing access with unauthorized users
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use TecKnock Services for:
- Illegal activities, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
- Hacking, malware distribution, or system interference
- Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Intellectual property infringement
- Scraping or data collection that violates applicable laws or target website terms
- Any attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
Unauthorized Resale
You may not resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute TecKnock proxy services, credentials, or access to third parties without prior written approval from TecKnock. Unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited.
Approved partners or resellers must operate under a separate written agreement with TecKnock. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made upfront at the time of purchase.
We accept payments through third-party providers including bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. We do not store full payment credentials such as card or wallet details. We maintain transaction logs and verification records for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Payment Fraud & Abuse
Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive payment activity including fake transactions or chargeback abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to investigate and block suspicious transactions.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks after service delivery will be treated as payment abuse and may result in service suspension and permanent account termination.
5. Service Delivery
- Proxy credentials are delivered after successful payment confirmation.
- Delivery may be subject to automated or manual verification to prevent fraud and ensure service integrity.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If the Services do not function as expected for your intended use case, you may contact support at support@tecknock.com for resolution.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, systems, software, and infrastructure are the property of TecKnock or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Services without written permission.
8. Monitoring, Compliance & Enforcement
- We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns, traffic behavior, and account activity for security, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, or illegal activity without prior notice.
- We may retain logs and transaction records for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- We may cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement authorities where required.
9. Service Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Compatibility with all platforms
- Error-free performance
External factors such as network conditions, ISP restrictions, or target website policies may impact performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TecKnock shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Data loss or business interruption
- Third-party platform restrictions or bans
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold TecKnock harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
